Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICEY

Love and care goes into every Bows of Blue item, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You can make a return by printing off and filling in the Online returns form and returning it with the goods, items that are returned must be in perfect condition as when first recieved and odour free, with all swing tags still attached, we reserve the right at our discretion to reject returns if we feel they do not meet the above. Please ensure your order number is written on the front of your parcel. We can not except returns after the 28 days cancellation period.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process your return within 10 working days from receipt, your bank take a further 3-5 days to process the funds back to your account. Please note we cannot confirm receipt of items during processing, please track your delivery for piece of mind that it has got to us safely. You will receive an email once it has been processed by us.

You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your items to us, including any postage costs, insurance, Customs & Duty charges for international returns, etc. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges, loss or delays in this process.

Ensure your receipt is kept and sufficient insurance cover is purchased, in the event of the parcel being lost it is your responsibility to claim on your parcel insurance. 

If you wish to exchange a product to save disappointment we advise that you send the goods back for a refund WITHIN 14 DAYS using the Online returns form and order the new product through our website. Items sell quickly and we cannot hold items or guarantee their availability whilst your return is processed. 

Sale goods can be returned within 14 days provided that the goods are returned in the same condition as when first received, which is at our discretion, with all swing tags still attached.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange and item for a different size, please send us an email at sales@bowsofblue.co.uk notifying us of your exchange, fill in your returns form with the needed information, then ship the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will then ship the new item out to you for free. 

Sale items

Sale items purchased online may be refunded with 14 days. Please follow our guidelines above to receive your refund.

Cancellation right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days (a “working day” being Monday to Friday not including bank or public holidays) beginning the day after your receipt of the goods. If your returned order is received within fourteen days of receipt, we will refund any delivery charges paid if the full order is returned.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
To cancel your order, you must notify us immediately in writing (which includes email) within seven working days from the day after the order was delivered. You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Any goods returned must be unworn, complete with any gift with purchase, in their original packaging.
