Pre order items and bespoke items
Pre ordered and bespoke items can take anything up to 1 to 2 months for delivery depending on items. Please order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Safe place.
If you opt to have your item delivered to a safe place. please be advised we can not be responsible if delivery goes astray once delivered to your safe place.
Different address
If you have your order sent to a different address from invoice or a place of work we can not be responsible if an unknown person signs for delivery and delivery goes astray.
Please note: Any items that are returned to us due to failure to collect will be charged a return delivery fee.
